The Botanical
Floral, not perfumed.
Rose tea fails in one of two ways: too shy to notice, or so loud it tastes like a gift shop. The balance lives in the verbena — its citrus edge keeps the rose honest.
The result is a cup we reach for after dinner: aromatic, weightless and quietly composed.
Origin
Two gardens, one cup.
Damask roses are picked at dawn while the oils are still high; the lemon verbena is harvested late in the season for a deeper, riper citrus character. Blended in small batches at our Maryland studio.
