Description
A pour the color of a cathedral window. Egyptian hibiscus does the heavy lifting — tart, mineral, almost grape-skin in the best way — and we deepen it with whole rosehips and dried black currant. Often taken iced with a sliver of orange peel; equally at home steaming, in winter, served in a small cup.
