Description
Slow-dried in northern Italy, the chamomile in this blend is harvested at the moment its golden centers tilt fully toward the sun. We pair it with linden — a flower the French call tilleul — and a single split vanilla pod for warmth without weight. The cup pours a clear, candlelit gold; the finish is honeyed and almost cool. Best taken loose-leaf, in good silence, after a long day.
