Description
A blend designed for the half-hour before bed. We use only buds from the Plateau de Valensole, where the soil is poor and the lavender, in turn, intensely sweet. Egyptian chamomile rounds the edges; a sprinkling of milky oat blossom adds a soft, almost cereal note that settles the cup. Read one chapter. No more.

1 tablespoon · 8 oz · 95°C · 5 minutes.
