When will my order ship?
Most U.S. orders leave our fulfillment network within approximately two business days. You will receive tracking the moment the label prints.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Write to us the same day at [email protected] with your order number and we will do our best to catch it.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide, across the United States. Complimentary shipping applies to orders over $80.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 3–6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
Unopened tins, returned within 30 days, are refunded in full. Opened tins are handled case by case — write to us first and we will make it right.
My tin arrived damaged.
Send a photo to [email protected] and a replacement leaves with the next dispatch.
How do I change frequency or swap blends?
From your account: choose the subscription, then adjust rhythm (4, 6 or 8 weeks) or select a different tea. Changes apply from the next dispatch.
Can I skip a shipment or cancel?
Yes — skip or cancel anytime from your account, up to 48 hours before the next dispatch. No fees, no questions.
How do I update payment?
Account → Payment methods. Your details are stored by our secure payment processor, never on our servers.
How should I store the tea?
Cool, dry, dark and sealed — away from strong spices and odors. Sealed, our loose leaf holds its notes for a full year; opened, we recommend enjoying it within four months.
Which blends are caffeine-free?
Every blend except Matcha Maison is naturally caffeine-free. Caffeine status is printed on each product page and every tin.
Where can I find ingredient and allergen information?
Every product page lists complete ingredients, allergens, origin, serving count and net weight. Citrus appears in Hibiscus Noir and Ember & Ginger.
